Leah Balter, Chief Information Officer at Bunnings and Dashiel Lawrence of +61J discuss how the much-loved chain has weathered the pandemic and Leah’s role in leading strategy and innovation during industry disruption.
Leah Balter currently leads Bunnings’ Technology, Innovation Lab, Data and Digital teams, including the Online Shop. Prior to joining Bunnings, Leah held a range of strategy and executive roles at companies including McKinsey & Company, ANZ Bank, Trawalla Group and Incitec Pivot. Leah has held a number of roles on Jewish community boards including Jewish Care and helped design and rollout YBRCaps (a model to lower Jewish school fees) and is on the Victorian Jewish Schools Project Working Group.
